
Ingredients:
• 250g – Maida
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Salt, a pinch
• 1/2 – coconut, scraped
Method:
- Mix maida with cool water till soft and little watery.
- Mix in the egg and salt.
- Put a fry pan over the flame, spread a little oil and pour the mix.
- After it is cooked, sprinkle coconut and sugar over it.
- Roll and shallow fry again. Serve.
