
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – raw groundnuts
• 1 marble size – Tamarind
• 1 – Onions
• 1 Clove – Garlic (optional)
• 5 – Red Chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – fresh Coconut scrapings.
Method:
- Roast the raw groundnuts and peel off the skin.
- Heat a kadai and saute red chillies in a little oil.
- Grind together groundnuts, chillies, raw chopped onions, garlic, tamarind, coconut and salt with enough water.
- Serve.
