Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg Lime
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• Sugar
• 2 tsp – Methi seed
• Rai
• Water
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cut lime in small pieces.
  2. Take a vessel.
  3. Add oil, 2 tsp of methi seeds, little rai, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, lime and little water.
  4. Keep gas stove on simmer till the lime becomes very tender.
  5. Remove from gas and let it cool.
  6. Store in bottle and refrigerate.
