Ingredients:

• 4 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Onion
• 1/2 cup – Tomato
• 1/4 cup – Yellow and Red peppers
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the broken eggs.
  2. Add the grated paneer on top of the eggs along with onion, tomato and peppers.
  3. When one side turns golden, add the chillies and salt.
  4. Turn over and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Serve with chilli sauce.
