
Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Onion
• 1/2 cup – Tomato
• 1/4 cup – Yellow and Red peppers
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and pour in the broken eggs.
- Add the grated paneer on top of the eggs along with onion, tomato and peppers.
- When one side turns golden, add the chillies and salt.
- Turn over and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve with chilli sauce.
