
Ingredients:
• 1 spring onion.
• 1 small piece ginger.
• Stock as desired.
• 50 gms – Corn flour.
• 100 gms – Tomato sauce.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• 6 Cloves garlic.
• oil for deep frying.
Method:
- Shell and de-vein the prawns. Wash well.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Add prawns and remove after a minute.
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely crushed garlic, ginger, prawns and saute for a minute. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and stock.
- Add diced spring onions and corn flour blended in a little cold water.
- Cook till gravy thickens.
- Remove and serve hot.
