
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Besan flour
• 1/4 cup – Rice four
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Onion (chopped)
• 1 cup – Frozen Spinach (thawed)
• 1pinch Asafoetida powder
• 2 tbsp – Hot Oil
• 1 tsp – Kasuri Methi
• 5 – Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Heat oil for deep-frying.
- Meanwhile, mix besan flour, rice flour, chopped onion, green chilli, spinach, asafoetida powder, kasuri methi, curry leaves and salt with a little hot oil. Knead into a thick paste.
- Take a handful of the thick paste and drop gently into the oil and fry till it turns golden brown. Fry them in small batches. Drain the excess oil with paper towel.
- Serve hot.
