
Ingredients:
• Fresh neem leaves – 1 cup
• Brinjal – 1 cup
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp.
Method:
- Fry the neem leaves, without oil, and crush it.
- Heat oil, add jeera. When it turns brown, add brinjal pieces.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and cook it.
- When it turns soft, add the crushed neem leaves and mix them all.
