Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Pastry Puffs.
• 1 Kg – frozen chopped Spinach.
• 1 Kg – Cream Cheese (preferably Onion and Chive Flavour).
• Salt.
• pepper.
Method:
- First thaw out the pastry sheets.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.
- Defrost spinach in the microwave and then drain out all of the excess water.
- Add cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cut sheets into little squares and spoon one tbsp of the mixture onto the square.
- Put water around the edges and seal it in the shape of a triangle.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot as cocktail snacks.
