Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Tomato
• 3 – Onions
• 2 – Potatoes
• 4 tsp – grated Ginger
• 1 cup – Ridge gourd
• 2 – Cloves
• 2 – Curry leaves
• 8 cups – water
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tbsp – oil/butter
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cloves, grated ginger and ridge gourd. Fry for 5 mins.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Add maida and simmer for 5 mins till the soup thickens.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves.
