Ingredients:

• 750 g – Sugar
• 1 cup – water to make syrup –

Method:

  1. Mix sugar and water and cook to make syrup -.
  2. Mix other ingredients (except ghee) and adequate water to roll.
  3. Make small patties and fry on low heat.
  4. Soak briefly in syrup and let the syrup-covering on the balushahi dry.
