Ingredients:
• 6 Chicken drumsticks.
• juice of 2 lemons.
• 2 tbsp – peppercorns (coarsely ground).
• 2 to 3 tbsp – oil.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Clean and wash the chicken. Pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, ground pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Keep aside in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Place the chicken pieces in the pan. Simmer.
- Cover with a lid having some water on it.
- Turn sides at regular intervals.
- Cook till the chicken is done.
- Serve hot.
