Ingredients:
• Soaked Chickpeas – 1 cup
• Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Minced Onions – 1/2 cup
• Minced Parsley – 2 tbsp
• Chillies – As spicy as you desired
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander – 1 tsp
• Minced Garlic – 2
• Cloves
• Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
• Maida/All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients coarsely without water
- Heat oil in a kadai for frying. Make patties out of the coarse mixture and fry them like vadas.
- Serve hot.
