
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 4
• Fresh Coconut – Half
• Green chillies – According to taste
• Cilantro/coriander – 2 tbsp
• Salt – According to taste
• Seasoning
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – A pinch
• Jeera – A pinch
• Hing – A pinch
Method:
- Use a kadai and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Add tomatoes (cut into quarters) and green chillies.
- When you notice they are tender, remove them.
- When it cools down, add grated coconut, cilantro, salt and grind into a fine paste.
- Now in a kadai put 2 tsp of oil and add mustard and jeera.
- Allow them to splutter.
- Add the seasoning to the chutney.
- The chutney is ready.
