Ingredients:

• 1 cup – salmon, drained and shredded
• 1 cup – Cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup – heavy Cream
• 1/2 tsp – hot pepper sauce
• 1 tsp – dried dill
• 1/2 cup – parsley, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic powder
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Beat well the cream cheese and heavy cream till fluffy.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill for a day.
  4. Spread on bread or buns and serve.
