
Ingredients:
• Curd – 120 gm
• Spinach – 60 gm
• Green chillies -2
• salt to taste
• Cumin seeds -1/4 tsp
• Whole Red Chilli – 1
• Oil – 5 ml.
Method:
- Steam the washed spinach.
- Beat curd and mix with the steamed spinach, chopped green chilli, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, broken red chilli, cumin seeds and pour over the spinach. Mix well.
