Ingredients:

• 20 pieces – soya wadi
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – coriander
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Knead the wheat flour with some water into a stiff dough.
  2. Grind onions, green chillies, coriander and soya wadi in a dry grinder.
  3. The water in the onions and coriander will crush the wadi and soften it.
  4. Take a big lemon-sized ball of dough and roll it out into a small roti.
  5. Add the stuffing and close the edges by bringing them together in the middle.
  6. Press gently and using dry flour, roll out into parathas.
  7. Add ghee or oil to taste and cook on both sides till golden brown.
  8. Serve with curry or raitha.
