Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Meat (beef, Mutton or veal), cut into cubes
• 3 large onions, sliced
• 3 green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil the meat with turmeric powder and a little salt in sufficient water till tender.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, then add the cooked meat, onions, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder and green chillies and mix well.
  4. Simmer till the onions are tender and take on the colour of the meat.
  5. Stir fry till the oil leaves the sides of the pan.
