Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Meat (beef, Mutton or veal), cut into cubes
• 3 large onions, sliced
• 3 green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Boil the meat with turmeric powder and a little salt in sufficient water till tender.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the cooked meat, onions, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder and green chillies and mix well.
- Simmer till the onions are tender and take on the colour of the meat.
- Stir fry till the oil leaves the sides of the pan.
