
Ingredients:
• Rava – 1 cup
• Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 4 tsp
• Cashews – few, chopped
• Raisins – few
• Powdered elaichi – 1/2 tsp
• Milk – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Fry the rava in ghee, till it slightly changes colour.
- Add the desiccated coconut.
- Switch off the stove and add the remaining ingredients, except milk.
- Now mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle the milk over it, to enable to form round balls.
