Ingredients:

• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 1 cup – boiled string beans
• 1 cup – boiled Corn kernels
• 1 cup – diced apples
• 1 cup – chopped fresh Pineapples
• 1 cup – chopped Carrots
• 1 cup – shredded red Cabbage
• 1 cup – finely chopped Lettuce leaves
• 2 cups – low fat Curd
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh Parsley
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a big salad bowl. Mix all the ingredients from the peas to the cabbage.
  2. In another bowl, beat the curd along with the sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour this on the vegetables and the fruits.
  4. Add in lettuce and garnish with chopped parsley.
