Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – basmati rice, washed, drained
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 cup – peas
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds.
  2. Add rice and peas and salt. Stir fry.
  3. Add 4 cups of hot water and cook covered till done.
