Ingredients:
• Milk – 1 cup
• Gram flour – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3 cups
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients evenly in a kadai. Place it over the fire.
- When the mixture becomes frothy remove it from fire.
- Pour over a greased tray. Pat it well for even distribution.
- Cut into pieces when it is still warm.
- To make the sweet tasty use pure ghee.
- Add 2 drops of vennila and rose essence for variation.
