Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Cooked Rice
• 1 cup – Okra chopped
• 300g – Prawns
• 1 – Onion chopped lengthwise
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Ginger crushed
• 5 – Garlic pods sliced
• 1/2 tsp – White pepper powder
• 2pinch – Ajinomoto
• Salt
• 2 tbsp – Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp – Garlic chives chopped
Method:
- Heat a few drops of sesame oil in pan, add chopped okra with salt and cook for a few minutes until the stickiness disappears.
- Heat the rest of the oil, add onion chopped lengthwise with ginger and garlic. Stir for a few minutes.
- Add shrimps to the onion with soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto and cook for a while.
- Now add the cooked rice to the shrimps. Toss everything gently. Check for salt.
- Add the cooked okra, white pepper powder and garnish with garlic chives.
- Serve hot.
