Ingredients:
• 200 g – Mushrooms
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – minced Onion
• 1/2 cup – cooked, mashed Potato
• 1/2 tsp – pav bhaji masala
• 1/3 cup – fresh bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp – clotted Cream (malai)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Remove the stalks from mushrooms and chop them.
- Heat the butter, saute 1/2 onion and mushroom stalks.
- Stir in rest of the ingredients except mushrooms.
- Stuff mushrooms with this mixture and arrange them on a plate.
- Cook without covering on full power for 2- 3 minutes.
