
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Kara boondhi
• 1 cup – Ompodi/ Sev
• 1/4 cup – Ribbon pakoda
• 2-3 – Mullu murukku
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts
• 1/4 cup – Roasted gram | Chutney Dal
• 1/4 cup – Rice flakes
• 1/4 tsp – Freshly ground pepper
• Curry leaves – 8-10
• Salt to taste
• 5-6 – (Optional) Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp- (Optional) Cornflakes.
Method:
- Deep Fried the peanuts, roasted gram, rice flakes (thick or thin) curry leaves, cashew nuts, cornflakes, salt, separately in oil and drain the excess oil in a kitchen towel.
- Mix all the ingredients together and add crushed pepper to it.
- Crush the ompodi, ribbon pakoda and murukku into small pieces.
- Mix well.
- Cool and store in airtight containers.
- Serve with tea.
