Ingredients:

• 1 cup – makhana(lotus flower)
• 2 cups – Curd
• For Masala:
• 1 tsp – chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, finely chopped
• ¼ cup – chopped coriander
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Churn the curd.
  2. Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  3. Put the makhana in the churned curd.
  4. Serve only after mixing the makhana and keeping them at least for ½ an hour in the curd.
