Ingredients:
• 6 cups – of Rice
• 12 cups – of water
• 1 small Chicken
• 1.5 kg – fried Tomatoes
• 1.5 kg – Prawns and shrimps
• 1.5 kg – peas
• 2 peppers, cut in strips
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 small Onion
• 1 small cup of Olive oil
• salt and saffron.
Method:
- Place olive oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes and chicken pieces in the paella dish.
- Lightly fry together and add the rice, water and salt to taste.
- Before they come to a boil, add the peas, prawns, shrimps and saffron.
- Leave to cook slowly for 15 mins. and place on top of the strips of peppers.
