Ingredients:
• Pepper Gobi Masala:
• 2 cups – Cauliflower florets
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1 – Tomato (big and chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds
• Few Mint leaves (chopped)
• Bread slices
Method:
- Heat enough oil, fry the fennel seeds and add the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste with enough salt.
- Saute until the onions turns translucent and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste disappears.
- Add the chopped cauliflower florets, saute for few minutes.
- Add the pepper powder, garam masala powder, toss everything gently, simmer and cook until the vegetables are well cooked.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and turn off the stove.
- Fill two bread slices with enough pepper gobi masala, layer the masala with the another two bread slices.
- Meanwhile beat the egg, milk with pepper powder and salt.
- Heat enough oil in a pan.
- Gently dip the stuffed masala bread slices in the egg mixture and cook on a pan, until golden brown.
