
Ingredients:
• 50 gm Butter
• 50 gm Sugar
• 100 gm Maida
• 1/2 tsp – Strawberry essence
• 20 gm – Mixed fruit jam
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar together (i.e. mix together in one direction only).
- Add maida.
- Mix in 1/2 tsp strawberry essence.
- Bind it well into a dough.
- Make a chapati like shape and cut into any shape with the help of a biscuit cutter.
- Mash mixed fruit jam throughly in a bowl.
- Put mashed jam in the middle of the biscuit and then to the whole biscuit.
- Cut biscuits and then cut in the centre (a small circle) and place this on the top of the jam applied biscuit.
- Fill in some jam in the centre.
- Bake these for 20mins at 160 C sprinkle sugar on the jam in the centre after they are baked.
