Ingredients:

• 200 g – baby Corn
• 150 g – Corn flour
• 100 g – Maida
• 20 g – chilli paste
• 20 g – Tomato ketchup
• 10 g – Sugar
• 100 g – Spring onions
• 10ml – soya sauce
• 50 g – onion, chopped
• 10 g – Garlic chopped
• 50ml – oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix together flour, corn flour, salt, chilli paste and baby corn.
  2. Deep fry till baby corn is cooked.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic.
  4. Add chilli paste, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
  5. Add baby corn, toss well
  6. Adjust seasoning.
  7. Add spring onion. Mix and serve hot.
