
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Flour (maida).
• 2 – Eggs, beaten well.
• 2 tbsp – Sugar.
• 1/2 cup – Small Pineapple chunks.
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence.
• 1 tbsp – Butter or ghee.
• 1/2 tsp – Salt.
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder.
• 1 cup – Milk.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter, without lumps.
- Add a little water if batter is too thick.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan.
- When hot, wipe all over with a piece of cloth dipped in a little oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter in the pan and spread a little.
- Cook on both sides and remove.
- Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
