Ingredients:
• Rava – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 3
• Coriander – 3 sprigs
• Mustard -1/4 tsp
• Cumin – 1/4 tsp
• Channa dal – 1 tsp
• Curd – 1 cup
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Eno Lemon fruit salt 1/4 – tsp
• Baking powder – a pinch
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, jeera and channa dal.
- To this add chillies and chopped coriander.
- Fry a little, add rava and fry till it is roasted. Let it cool.
- Then add the eno salt, baking powder and salt.
- Mix equal portions of the rava mixture and curd, and steam the idlis immediately
