Ingredients:

• 3 cups – boiled Rice
• 1 tbsp – Methi seeds
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak rice and methi seeds together. After 5 hours, grind well. Add salt to taste.
  2. Keep aside for 8 hours.
  3. Make idlis in idli mould.
  4. Serve with onion sambar.
  5. Good breakfast for diabetic patients
