Ingredients:

• 1- Egg (boiled)
• 1 tbsp – Chopped green Onions
• 1 tbsp – Grated cheese
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp- Pepper
• 1/4 tsp – Melted Butter
• 2 tbsp – Water.

Method:

  1. Grease a ramekin or a small bowl with melted butter and add water to it.
  2. Now add the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese and chopped green onions over the egg and cook on high for 2 minutes in the microwave oven.
  4. Remove the poached egg from the ramekin and serve immediately with toasted bread slices.
