
Ingredients:
• 50g – grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – Tomato chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – cumin
• 1 pinch – rai/mustard seed
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 pinch – Haldi powder
• 1/2 tbsp – kitchen king masala
• 1 pinch – salt for taste
• 1 pinch – chat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – parathas
Method:
- Heat pan, add oil.
- Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
- Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown.
- Add ginger garlic and tomato.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Now add rest of the dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
- Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
- Add the grated paneer and mix well.
- Cook for 2- 3 minutes more.
- Add coriander to garnish it.
- Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
- Your yummy paneer roll is ready.
