Ingredients:

• 50g – grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – Tomato chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – cumin
• 1 pinch – rai/mustard seed
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 pinch – Haldi powder
• 1/2 tbsp – kitchen king masala
• 1 pinch – salt for taste
• 1 pinch – chat masala
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – parathas

Method:

  1. Heat pan, add oil.
  2. Add rai and cumin and wait till they crackle.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic and tomato.
  5. Stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add rest of the dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
  7. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  8. Add the grated paneer and mix well.
  9. Cook for 2- 3 minutes more.
  10. Add coriander to garnish it.
  11. Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
  12. Your yummy paneer roll is ready.
