Ingredients:

• 2 cups- Wheat
• salt
• oil
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – chilly
• 4 -garlic
• 1 cup -besan
• 1 cup -curd
• coriander

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and prepare a dough.
  2. Make small balls, roll out into parathas and cook on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with curd, sauce or chutney.
