Ingredients:
• 1/2 pack – Soya Nuggets
• 2.5 glass – water (boiling hot)
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1/2 tsp – amchur (mango powder)
• Oil for shallow frying
• 2 tbsp – sour Cream
• Black pepper powder
Method:
- Take boiling water in a vessel and crush garlic. Let it stay for 5 minutes.
- Soak nuggets in that water till they are soft and then strain all the water and squeeze so that almost all the water is gone.
- Take a tawa, heat and pour oil, let it get hot (don’t burn).
- Put the nuggets and turn them occasionally so that they get fried evenly.
- When they turn brown, put all the spices, but add the salt a little later.
- Turn them occasionally so that all the spices are well mixed and the nuggets properly cooked.
- Just before serving, pour sour cream and black pepper powder.
- Serve at snack time with tea.
- You could serve this with coriander chutney/ketchup.
