Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 cups.
• Warm Milk – 2 to 3 tbsp.
• Warm water – 3/4 cup.
• Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.
• Tomato sauce – 1 cup| For topping:
• Diced vegetables – 1 cup.
• Grated cheese – 1 cup.
Method:
- Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk with a little flour and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough and keep aside for 1-2 hours with a damp cloth or plastic covering.
- Punch the dough with your fist and remove all the air from it and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Now flatten the dough with a rolling pin using a little dry flour.
- Now spread tomato sauce on it and decorate with diced onions, capsicum, olives, tomatoes, pineapple pieces and jalapeno peppers.
- Top with cheese.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees C.
- Brush the sides of pizza with a little oil and bake the pizza on a baking plate for 25 mins.
