Ingredients:

• All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 cups.
• Warm Milk – 2 to 3 tbsp.
• Warm water – 3/4 cup.
• Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.
• Tomato sauce – 1 cup| For topping:
• Diced vegetables – 1 cup.
• Grated cheese – 1 cup.

Method:

  1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk with a little flour and 1/2 tsp sugar.
  2. Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough and keep aside for 1-2 hours with a damp cloth or plastic covering.
  3. Punch the dough with your fist and remove all the air from it and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Now flatten the dough with a rolling pin using a little dry flour.
  5. Now spread tomato sauce on it and decorate with diced onions, capsicum, olives, tomatoes, pineapple pieces and jalapeno peppers.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees C.
  8. Brush the sides of pizza with a little oil and bake the pizza on a baking plate for 25 mins.
