Ingredients:
• 500 gms- Chicken
• 1 cup- noodle half fried and half boiled
• 1 sliced Onion
• 1 tbsp- Ginger and garlic, chopped
• handful Spring onion
• 1 cup- Coconut Milk
• 4 to 5- whole black pepper
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 3 Red Chilli
• salt and Sugar as per taste
• Lime juice
• oil
Method:
- Pressure cook chicken, sliced onion, ginger and garlic. Add salt, a bit of sugar and half a cup of water.
- Heat oil in a pan; add bay leaf, whole pepper and red chilli. Add cooked chicken and coconut milk. Take out from fire.
- To serve:
- Arrange fried noodles in circle, then boiled noodles. In the middle, add the cooked chicken, garnish with spring onion and lime juice.
