Ingredients:

• 3 cups – assorted fruit such as mango, pineApple, Pear and Apple chopped into 1-inch pieces
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Place all the above ingredients in a suitable pan.
  2. Simmer on low heat for about 25-30 mins till the fruit softens.
  3. Take down and cool.
  4. Transfer to a glass dish and leave in the refrigerator.
  5. Just before serving, add a layer of fresh cream on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped cherries and nuts.
