
Ingredients:
• 180 g – Beef fillet
• 1 prawn, raw and peeled
• 20 g – broccoli, small florets, steamed
• 100 ml – soy sauce
• 10 g – sesame seeds
• 40 g – Sugar
• For Teriyaki sauce:
• 100 ml – soy sauce
• 40 g – Sugar
• 10 g – sesame seeds
• For tempura batter:
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 Egg yolk
Method:
- Fry the fillet of beef in a heavy-bottomed frying pan until cooked to medium.
- Set aside and slice the beef into pieces.
- Place the other ingredients in a small pot and cook over high heat until sticky.
- Combine the beef fillet with the broccoli and teriyaki sauce.
- Garnish with tempura shrimp.
- To make tempura batter:
- Combine the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Coat the shrimp with the batter and deep fry.
- Set aside.
