Ingredients:

• 1 – Big Tomato
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 – Green chilli
• 3 flakes – Garlic, chopped
• 3 – Medium size onions, chopped
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Sugar

Method:

  1. Wash and chop the tomato.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions and chopped garlic for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomato, chilli powder, salt, sugar, green chilli and fry for a few more minutes till the tomato gets pulpy.
  4. Grind in a blender till smooth.
  5. Serve with chips or any fried savoury items such as samosa, patties, etc.
