
Ingredients:
• 5 Potatoes
• 1 cup – thick curds
• 4 Cloves – Garlic (crushed)
• 1 tbsp – fresh Celery (finely chopped)
• salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- For the dressing:
- Wash the potatoes well and pat dry.
- To cook the potatoes, brush with oil and prick all over.
- Wrap in a microwave-safe, plastic wrap and arrange around the circumference of the turntable.
- Cook at 100% power for 8-10 minutes. The exact timings will depend on the size.
- Check after standing time 1.5 2 to 3 minutes.
- Unwrap the potatoes, make a cross on top horizontally of each and squeeze open.
- Hang the curd up in a fine muslin cloth for 40 minutes.
- Add the crushed garlic and mix well till it is a creamy mass.
- Add the seasonings and herbs. Lastly add finely chopped celery and mix well.
- Just before you serve top each potato with a tablespoon of the curd dressing.
