
Ingredients:
• Prawns – 1/2 kg.
• Mango – 1.
• Coconut – 1/2 cup.
• Jeera – 1/4 tsp.
• Methi – 1/4 tsp.
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp.
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Shallots – 2.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 cup – water.
Method:
- Peel and cook prawns with turmeric and salt.
- Add the mangoes cut into medium pieces, along with coriander and chilli powder.
- After the mangoes are cooked, add coconut ground with jeera.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil. Add mustard and methi seeds, with crushed shallots. Pour this on the cooked curry.
- Serve the dish with rice.
