Ingredients:

• Prawns – 1/2 kg.
• Mango – 1.
• Coconut – 1/2 cup.
• Jeera – 1/4 tsp.
• Methi – 1/4 tsp.
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp.
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Shallots – 2.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 cup – water.

Method:

  1. Peel and cook prawns with turmeric and salt.
  2. Add the mangoes cut into medium pieces, along with coriander and chilli powder.
  3. After the mangoes are cooked, add coconut ground with jeera.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water. Boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat 1 tsp of oil. Add mustard and methi seeds, with crushed shallots. Pour this on the cooked curry.
  6. Serve the dish with rice.
