Ingredients:

• Jaggery- 100 gms
• Ginger- 10 gms
• Pepper powder- 2 tsp
• 4 to 5 tsp- Lemon juice
• A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Add jaggery to 4 cups of water and stir continuously to make it dissolve.
  2. Crush ginger, add it to this water, add pepper, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Filter to remove ginger pieces.
  4. Chill and serve.
  5. You can add pieces of fruits like watermelon, kharbooja to this drink.
