Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of Toor Dal
• 1/2 cup of boiled Rice (or Cream of Rice)
• 1/2 cup of raw Rice
• Small ball of Tamarind
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
• 10 Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp of black pepper
• Pinch of Asafoetida powder
• 1/4 cup of shredded Coconut
• Salt
Method:
- Soak dal and rice together in water for an hour.
- Grind all the ingredients in mixie or grinder and make dosa paste.
- Heat the pan, pour half spoon of oil and spread the dosa paste and allow it to turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint or onion chutney.
