Ingredients:

• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 tin – Milk
• 4 tsp – gelatine
• 1/2 cup – water
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 – eggs, separated
• Orange juice +Orange rind of 2 Oranges
• 2 tbsp – cocoa
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – fresh Cream

Method:

  1. Beat together milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and sugar till well blended.
  2. Double boil this mixture till it thickens into a thick custard. Remove the custard from heat. Dissolve gelatine in water and add to the hot custard. Cool the custard over a pan of ice cubes.
  3. Add fresh whipped cream. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the custard.
  4. Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa into one part, orange juice and rind into other.
  5. Pour both mixtures alternately into dish and make ripples with a toothpick or knife. Refrigerate it till set.
