Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Curd
• 6 slices – bread | 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt – As per taste
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• Oil
• 4 tbsp – paneer, grated
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except bread, oil and paneer.
- Dip half-a-piece of bread in the mixture.
- Toast bread slices on a warm tava with a little oil.
- Top with grated paneer and serve
