
Ingredients:
• 500 g – baby Potatoes peeled and washed well
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – tandoori masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – yogurt
• 2 tsp – Butter
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Marinate the baby potatoes with all the above ingredients and let it stand for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the baby potatoes on low heat till they are cooked and evenly browned.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
