Ingredients:
• 2 lb – Chicken
• 2 – large Onions
• 6 – Green chillies
• 2 inch piece -ginger
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – soy sauce
• Salt
• Cilantro
• 3-4 drops – red food colour
• 2-3 drops – brown food colour
Method:
- Grind the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste. Fry this paste in oil till it is well done. The oil should separate from the paste.
- Then add the soy sauce and salt.
- Add in the red and brown food colour.
- Add in the chicken and cook till its done. Reduce the gravy.
- Garnish with cilantro.
