Ingredients:

• 2 lb – Chicken
• 2 – large Onions
• 6 – Green chillies
• 2 inch piece -ginger
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – soy sauce
• Salt
• Cilantro
• 3-4 drops – red food colour
• 2-3 drops – brown food colour

Method:

  1. Grind the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste. Fry this paste in oil till it is well done. The oil should separate from the paste.
  2. Then add the soy sauce and salt.
  3. Add in the red and brown food colour.
  4. Add in the chicken and cook till its done. Reduce the gravy.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
