Ingredients:
• 250 g – ripe Tomatoes
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Grate the tomatoes. Add the bread crumbs.
- Add salt, chaat masala, chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Mix well, make balls and deep-fry it.
- Enjoy as snack with chutney.
